Why Gold Mining
The Gold Mining Circle has a different focus from much of the work done in MKP or other men's work. Understanding how Gold Mining evolved will give you perspective on the unique approach we take here.
Warrior of Light
The Warrior of Light offers an entryway into further preparing yourself for working with others in group. It is about showing up with courage, vulnerability, and commitment.

Hierarchy and Holarchy
We work with a shared leadership model in Gold Mining. This may be different from hierarchical models that are common in MKP and other groups. In Gold Mining, everyone who leads any part of the Circle is also a participant. And all participants will also be asked to step into leadership and facilitation at some point. Thus, we are styled in a holarchical model.
