The Tools You Need

This week we focus on building the foundational tools you will need for deep Gold Mining work. These are not abstract concepts — they are practical skills that create safety, awareness, and honest communication in the circle.

The Shield

In any Circle work we need to have a shield to keep out energy that does not serve us and let in that which does serve. There are a variety of processes for creating this shield. Make sure you have a good shield available to you for your Gold Mining work.

Ownership of Projections and Consent

It is absolutely essential that we own our opinions, projections, and shadows in this work. It is also vitally important that there is consent for anything we offer to another person in the circle.

Unconscious projection of shadows and lack of consent in interactions causes more problems in our world than just about anything else. In the Gold Mining Circle, we will practice getting past that.
